How redesigning Tokopedia’s search filter helped increase CVR up to 26%

Tokopedia, an Indonesian technology e-commerce, wanted to identify an improvement area to boost their CVR growth. After digging up more information, the company found out that the Filter Menu was not optimized, so they decided to revamp the filter. Compared to the old filter, the Add to Cart Conversion Rate has increased by 26.6 %! See the full case study.
