Earlier this year we asked for feedback on an earlier draft of some good practice principles designed to support the high-quality digital transformation of public services.

After further iteration we’re delighted to invite you to join us for the launch of the OECD Good Practice Principles for Service Design and Delivery in the Digital Age on Tuesday November 8th at 1300–1430 (CET).

Please register for this official webinar using the following link: https://meetoecd1.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_aAziYIsnRQWsyHFSSQ1UAA. You will receive connection details immediately afterwards.

These principles are the result of the work by the OECD’s Working Party of Senior Digital Government Officials and the dedicated Thematic Group focused on Service Design and Delivery led by the United Kingdom with the participation of Australia, Brazil, Canada, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Morocco, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore and Slovenia.

We are looking forward to seeing how these Principles will help countries inspire concrete actions to improve service design and delivery that contribute to an inclusive and sustainable digital transformation.
