I love making videos for my D&D campaigns. I began making very targeted videos that incorporated my players’ stories into the videos. However, I have begun experimenting with more “general” videos that anyone would be able to use in their own home campaign. I made one for Storm King’s Thunder, and got some great feedback. I have tried to incorporate these into a new campaign introduction video for Tomb of Annihilation. Feel free to use this in your game:

I’ve already received some feedback on this video that some DMs were disappointed that a map of Chult is visible. I can’t imagine any player getting spoiled on seeing that the jungles of Chult indeed contain… jungles! But if you are wary of having your players know this, then be aware — it is shown. How your players could use any of this information to the game’s detriment… well, please let me know in the comments.

As you can see, quite a difference (or as I would say — improvement) from my more tailored video. If you’re interested in catching up on how my Tomb of Annihilation campaign is going, you can read Episode 1.

Also, if you’d like any other campaign videos made, let me know. Lost Mine of Phandelver next? Or perhaps Curse of Strahd…

The arch-lich Acererak prepares to use his magic for evil.
