On the 29th of June, Dokia Capital redelegated 4 million ATOMs to smaller validators that perform well and have consistently contributed to this ecosystem.

Now we‘re on a mission to convince you to join us in our effort to further decentralize the Hub’s voting power.

If you want to learn more about why we decided to redelegate most of our stake: click-click

So in order to help you decide on which small validator is best suited for your own #AtomSpreadOut, we’ve decided to showcase validators that we trust and give you a better sense of who they are and why they deserve your delegations.

Today we’ll be covering stake.systems, so let’s go!

Why should you consider delegating to stake.systems?

Some Key Metrics:

  • Never slashed
  • Uptime: 100%
  • Commission: 10%
  • Voting Power: 0.16%
  • Focused on: Reliability and Technical expertise

But these metrics are not why you should choose stake.systems as your new Cosmos validator. With extensive experience in DevOps and Security, they are one of the most reliable staking partners that you could wish for!

Context will make the difference between a good choice and a great choice, so let’s pass the mic to stake.systems to give you a better sense of who they are and what they stand for.

When and why did stake.systems join the Cosmos ecosystem?

We’ve joined the Cosmos ecosystem in March 2019 under the name “alexandruast”, which we’ve since changed to stake.systems.

We were intrigued by the Cosmos project and wanted to gain a better understanding of Cosmos and the Tendermint apps that make up this ecosystem. Our curiosity soon turned into a conviction that the Cosmos network will be one of the most prolific projects in this space, so we’ve continued to support the network by providing quality service as a validator.

What is your main differentiator as a validator?

It has to be how seriously we take our responsibilities. We use infrastrucure-as-code to build, deploy, monitor, failover, and move nodes around with minimal downtime. Everything at stake.systems is redundant. Testnets included. We monitor the infrastructure ourselves and respond to incidents 24x7. We’re constantly optimising and improving our infrastructure and we’re are also a self-delegated stakeholder in this ecosystem, so the responsibility is paramount.

Why should ATOM holders redelegate to stake.systems?

We are DevOps and Security professionals, with a lot of experience in this field. So we understand that if something can go wrong, it will. As a result, we take all possible precautions and invest constantly in security and high availability. We refuse to play dice when it comes to our responsibilities. This makes us well-positioned for a delegator that needs a validator that they can trust to maintain a high level of professionalism and performance at all times.

Do you participate in governance? Give us some details about your approach to governance.

We’re always informed and do our own research regarding every single governance proposal. Not only do we constantly follow the discussions and debates around new proposals, but we also make a point of checking the code personally, if the proposal offers such an opportunity.

How have you contributed to the Cosmos ecosystem?

We offer our technical expertise in various Cosmos communities and also develop tools for streamlining operations. As we make progress with our development, we make sure to always open-source our work. You can check it out here.

What should delegators expect from you as a staking partner?

We don’t believe in goals. We believe in systems. Systems to constantly improve ourselves and, as a result, the products we deliver.

We consider stake.systems a solid and reliable partner for any ATOM holder that wants to rest assured knowing that their ATOMs are delegated to a professional validator that will prioritise their security.

So if you’re looking to diversify your delegations, we strongly encourage you to redelegate to stake.systems and join #TheAtomicSpreadOut!

You can connect with stake.system here:

The Atomic Spread Out

The Cosmos Network is comprised of many hardworking people, all working together for the same goal. We want to give a stronger voice to those that make up our community and encourage delegators to reconsider their delegation strategy.

What can you do about it?

Wanna join #TheAtomSpreadOut ? Put your ATOMs to work and redelegate to smaller validators. It will help make the Hub more robust and will support hardworking validators that make the network a safe and reliable environment.

If you’re an ATOM holder consider diversifying your delegations to include smaller validators. In order to help you in this decision-making process, we will continue to showcase smaller validators that deserve your delegations.

We will be selecting validators with less than 1% voting power, that have never been slashed and maintain excellent uptime. #TheAtomicSpreadOut!
