Branded residences are being built all over the world, or where wealth abounds. And the residences come with extras, reports Judith Evans for the FT: “Whoever buys the only superlative $50m Triplex Penthouse at the Aston Martin Residences in downtown Miami will not only receive the keys to the property and a host of extras but also access to the last remaining Aston Martin Vulcan.”

The Vulcan was designed by Aston Martin’s creative officer Marek Reichman, inspired by Aston Martin’s models such as the Vantage, the DB9 and the One-77. 24 cars were produced, each priced at $3.2 million.

The supercar was launched in 2015, and 23 were sold. The last car will go to the owner of the downtown Miami Penthouse.

The 66-stories Aston Martin Residences Miami will be one of the most desired properties, the official brochure indicates. The luxury condominium tower is expected to be completed in 2022. Amenities include an art gallery, a beauty spot, cinemas, boxing gym, in-residence chef, barber, and a long et cetera.

Unlike the Porsche building in North Miami, the Aston Martin Residences will not offer a “dezerbator” elevator that brings your car to the apartment, where, writes Judith Evans, “you can gaze at it through a glass wall between your garage and living room.”

Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way on the Downtown Miami waterfront, where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay, the project marks Aston Martin’s first real estate venture and the iconic brand’s expansion into luxury residential design. The sailboat shaped tower will feature 391 luxury residences and penthouses priced from the $750,000s to upwards of $50 million.

Again, the official word: “After more than a century of defining timeless elegance and British handcrafted luxury within the automotive world, Aston Martin is translating its precision engineering and design innovation for the company’s first-ever foray into luxury residential development.”
