Regular Community AMA with Momo Chang Successfully Wrapped Up
Dear DREP Community,
The regular community AMA with DREP co-founder Momo Chang successfully wrapped up on 12th, October. We are so glad that many community members participated and put forward a lot of useful questions and suggestions. We extend our greatest gratitude to your long-term attention and support.
Before the Q&A session, Momo briefed DREP’s updates in the past two weeks.
In the tech side, DREP pre-mainnet Planck and DREP mobile client have officially launched; Also, DREP MINING Alpha Version is published for public testing in the end of September. In the eco side, DREP was officially listed on Bithumb Global. To celebrate it, Xiaolong had an AMA in Bithumb Global live broadcast room and another AMA in Bithumb Global Korean community will be conducted on Oct. 15th. Besides, DREP co-founder Momo had a live broadcast in gate and introduced DREP MINING game.

Q: Hi momo, when can we get the tokens if it will be distributed on Mainnet platform?
Momo:
The estimated launch date of Mainnet will be dependent on the testing outcome of the Pre-Mainnet. We will conduct comprehensive tests of the Pre-Mainnet to ensure its stability and security before launching the Mainnet. It is scheduled to be launched in the end of 2019. We will inform the community once there is update.
Q: Hello Momo, I downloaded DREP wallet yesterday, but it’s in Chinese. When English version?
Momo:
It’s scheduled to be launched in this month.
Q: Is the 2-way swap only available for DREP token?
Momo:
The bridge function, which is the 2-way swap function, has been available in DREP mobile client now. In fact, it could support not only DREP token, but also other cross-chain swap.
Q: I want to swap drep bep2 to erc20, but I can’t use your Chinese wallet. But I find that the 2-way swap function in your official website is available now. Does it mean I can process the swap in the official website? Just want to make sure.
Momo:
Normally the swap process will be completed within 24 hours in working days.
Q: Since DREP has been listed on Bithumb global, will the next step be Bithumb or other top exchanges? I remember last time you said there will be multiple exchange.
Momo:
The DREP team has persevered, working diligently and efficiently, and will launch the final DREP Testnet and Mainnet within the next few months. We are fighting tooth and nail to secure listings on Tier One Exchanges over the next few months to complement our technology development progress and reward our loyal community. So, stay tuned!
Q: How is the testnet coming along? Any specific improvements? Is TPS going to be a bottleneck?
Momo:
