The personal area consists of a set of features devoted to providing customers with transparency and the ability to manage —

  • orders,
  • addresses
  • customer data,
  • favorites, shopping list,
  • recipes,
  • payment options,
  • data for the digital shopping experience customisation.

Order details options

6 out of 10 online stores have a feature to repeat the order in the order details in the customer’s personal area — Apolonia, El Corte Inglés, Froiz, Intermarché, Mini Preço and SPAR.

Cancelation of the order is available in Auchan, Continente, El Corte Inglés and Intermarché.

Auchan, Continente and Intermarché have a possibility for the customer to change the current order by canceling the order and placing a new one.

E.Leclerc and Froiz allow customers to change the payment type from pay later to pay now and perform the payment.

El Corte Inglés and SPAR have the option to print the order information.

No retailers have the following features:

— changing the quantity, — adding new products to the order, — changing the address, and changing the time slot of delivery/collection.

Available actions with customer data

All stores allow to change phone number, password and email (except Continente) and terminate the session. Manage the subscriptions’ channels allow Auchan, Continente and Intermarché, content — Froiz, Intermarché and Pingo Doce.

Delete account — Continente, El Corte Inglés and SPAR.

Create a message request to the store — El Corte Inglés and E.Leclerc.

Add a card for further payments

Continente and El Corte Inglés have an option to add a bank card for future customer purchases. These stores also provide the security information about cyber security.

Favorite recipes

Only Intermarché has a feature — the customer area contains all the recipes customer saved as favorite recipes. Available options are to see the recipe details, print and delete.
