The last time we wrote an update I was about to leave for the Las Vegas CES 2018. It was a fantastic experience, and the audience responded well as we expected.

There we presented our ICO Engine and the next ICO that we are going to organize in March (starting from the 23rd), Ubiatar.

Soon, we will announce more ICOs, so stay tuned!

ICO Engine Website

Recently, our Eidoo ICO Engine has been quoted among the 7 best platforms to join ICOs published by Coindesk.

As previously announced, we are going to launch a specific website related to the ICO Engine that aims at being a kind of social network for token sales.

We also designed a new website with a completely renewed style, as you can see here in the “Coming soon” page.

Eidoo app updates

New Eidoo app Settings

A few days ago, we launched a new update for the Eidoo app, so the newest one is 0.7.5 on Android. iOS will be updated soon.

In this update we have improved the app stability, we have fixed some minor bugs related to the UI, and most important we have inserted new settings related to the Eidoo ICO Engine.

In fact, if you click on “Preferences” you can now see a new menu related called “ICO Engine Settings,” this will help you to decide if you want to receive tokens from airdrops and the using of the ICO Engine.

Three new options are the following:

  1. ICO Engine: By activating this option, you will be able to see a banner in your wallet that shows Eidoo-sponsored ongoing ICOs. And, you will be able to buy their tokens directly from the app.
  2. ICO Push Notifications: By deactivating this option, you won’t receive any notifications related to Eidoo-sponsored ICOs.
  3. Allow Airdrop: By activating this option, you allow Eidoo to share your wallet address with his partners to make marketing campaigns. That will allow you to receive airdrops, or a free giveaway of tokens for promotional purposes.

ETHLend Airdrop

Also, we are happy to inform you that the greatest part of the ETHLend airdrop has been distributed among Eidoo users who have downloaded the app before January 10th. However, please note that the distribution will continue for a few more days, so don’t panic if you didn’t receive LEND tokens yet.

BitcoinTalk bounty

We have also started to distribute EDO tokens for people who joined the bounty organized through the BitcoinTalk forum. The whole distribution of EDO tokens for the BitcoinTalk bounty will last for a few weeks.

If you have questions, please contact the bounty manager at bounty@eidoo.io

CryptoPolis

On February 6th, Eidoo will join the second CryptoPolis meetup held in Lugano, Switzerland.

The event will start at 6.30 p.m. at the Pub Trinity, Via Luigi Canonica, 19.

Free entry until all places are gone.

CryptoPolis is a Swiss association that supports and connects startups and established enterprises through policy recommendations, projects across verticals, initiating and enabling research, and organizing conferences, hackathons, and other industry events.

EtherZero fork

The Ethereum new fork called EtherZero took the snapshot on January 19th, so you may have your EtherZero coins in the Eidoo wallet address.

You cannot see them in your wallet because they are not ERC20 or ERC223 tokens, but you can retrieve them by exporting your private keys.
