Weekly Rewind

The week started off with a visit to Stanford. Elizabeth Kukka and Dean Pappas co-presented to Stanford students about Blockchain Technology. Along with them StaTwig, Scanta and Cryzen showed off how their companies are using the blockchain.

The week’s workshops kicked off with “Growth Strategy”, hosted by Monette Stephens from SF Growth Labs. The cohort learned how to design a Market Plan for the growth of their startups.

Vijay Ullal, from Seabed VC, joined us for dinner on Wednesday, sharing insider knowledge about what a VC looks for in pre-seed and seed stage companies.

On Thursday, Ian Foley joined us for one on one sessions with the startups. He gave feedback on their marketing strategies and overall pitch deck presentations.

Rensselaer students dropped by on Thursday to learn about blockchain and industries developing on it.

Our Week finally ended on Friday with the BitAngels SF Event. Brett Noyes, from UnBank Ventures, gave an opening speech followed by startup presentations.

And our video series continued this week with Zac Mitton from ETC Labs Core
