The much-awaited list of design gadgets that I have been using for a while!
To all the design buffs out there who have been curious about the gears and gadgets that are used in the making of all the personal and professional work, I do as a designer. The wait is over! and here’s the list of the latest gadgets that aid me throughout my work and some of my personal favourites too, that have made it to this list. Check them out below 🔽-
1. New Apple MacBook Pro (16-inch, 16GB RAM, 512GB Storage, 2.6GHz Intel Core i7) — Space Gray
First on the list is my new Apple MacBook Pro 16" which I generally use for all my design related and professional work. If I am not travelling then this is my go-to gadget.

I have been using MacBook pro 13" for my work for a long time now and it’s one of the must-have gadgets when it comes to designing and probably most of the designing by me is done on the MacBook itself.

This here is my Dell 34" LED monitor screen, I connect it with my MacBook whenever I am designing, it surely gives a comprehensive design experience

4. Apple iPad Pro (11-inch, Wi-Fi, 256GB) — Space Gray (1st Generation)
Designing as a process requires you to work across mediums and cross-platform as well. As a result, I like to keep my tools and gears handy so that I never miss out on any of my ideas. While working on my illustrations, I use this apple iPad pro which makes my work easy and on the go!

5. Sony Alpha A6600 Mirrorless Camera
My primary camera which I use to record and shoot my vlogs or videos for my website and other social media platforms.

6. Rode VideoMic Pro+ Compact Directional On-Camera Shotgun Condenser Microphone
I got this Rode VideoMic pro+ recently and it works wonders for all the audio and video recording stuff

7. Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones WH1000XM3
For an undistracted and unaltered design experience, I use Sony’s noise-cancelling headphones which are truly up to the mark of what the product promises. Just put it on and let your creative juices flow!

9. Samsung 32 inch UJ59 4k monitor (LU32J590UQNXZA)
Major part of my UI design process involves extra attention to detail, so what better than a curved 4k monitor that reduces strain on the eye and provides a better field of view! lately I have been using the Samsung’s 32-inch UJ59 4k monitor for my design work and it’s an asset for anyone who’s into designing pixel-perfect interfaces.

10. Zoom H1n Portable Recorder
I had bought this Zoom H1n Portable recorder for voice recording during my vlogs because it was portable and effortless but after a while I felt the need to upgrade to a better option.

11. Rode SmartLav+ Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone for iPhone and Smartphones, Black
In the collection of mics and microphones, I have got Rode’s smartLav+ next in line, which is a good option to use with an iPhone or any smartphone. But right now I don’t feel the need to use these microphones as I am using the rode’s video mix pro+ as it serves the purpose well.

12. Rode VideoMicro Compact On-Camera Microphone with Rycote Lyre Shock Mount
Lastly, the Rode’s VideoMicro compact On-Camera microphone is one of the oldest in my microphone collections as it’s cool, lightweight and efficiently enhances the audio quality.
