The panel was wonderfully moderated by Bret Thorn and it was a pleasure to share ideas with Erik Oberholtzer of Tender Greens, Anthony Kingsley of US Foods, Nancy Kavazanjian of US Soy, Tom Crave of Crave Brothers Cheese and Dairy about how bio, ICT and Blockchain technology can be integrated as enablers of positive social, environmental and economic impact for Farmers; and those they supply.
