We’ve started with the practice of meditating with news items three months ago and went through the site analytics to see how you’re using this website. The different posts vary dramatically in your hits. This week alone, the post about the Eco-Apocalypse in Indonesia received almost 400 reads whereas the post about the identity of hackers received eight!

The reflections that we write about the practice received between 140 and 500 reads which stands far above the average items that we present for the 5MaD practice. The referrals come from a large variety of sources including Facebook but also prominently Thomas Hübl’s sites and Twitter, Medium and others. Posts appear in a rhythm of approximately 3–4 per week.

These observations leave us with 5 big questions that we’d like you to react to.

  1. What attracts you to a post for 5MaD and which headlines will you ignore?
  2. How often do you practice 5MaD?
  3. If you have practiced for a longer time do you observe any changes in interacting with current events?
  4. Which kind of posts do you find supports your meditation practice?
  5. What kind of topics would you like to engage with more often?

We are very curious to find out about your practice and we invite you to share your experiences. We’d like to learn from your feedback and publish your views and recommendations for the practice for others.
