Top Flutter Desktop Apps — #2
In the first edition of Top Flutter Desktops, we went through the Flutter team announcement of support for Desktop Applications. Since then there have been some improvements in performance and also integration with Firebase. According to FlutterFire, there is now support for — Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Storage and Cloud Functions. These features will allow developers to add some really neat features to their Flutter Desktop Apps.
We have seen some adventurous developers create some Flutter Desktop Apps and have collected some of them here to keep you inspired 😀 These devs have kindly shared their code on Github, paid attention to the look and feel of the app, and also created some useful functionality.
We’ll be sharing more Flutter Desktop Apps in the future, so be sure to follow us for the latest updates. Also, if you have any Flutter apps feel free to tag us on Twitter so that we can feature your work. Have a look at these guidelines for creating an article that you would like us to add to our publication. Please leave some claps on this article if you enjoyed it and share it to spread awareness about Flutter and the awesome work that is being done in Africa.
