The “force” in ForceRead represents everything that is good in our organizations, society and world. It’s the workforce, the people who build our economy, and the evolving consciousness that understands that if we do not master the forces of the market, we will be enslaved by them. It’s also Satyagraha, “the soul force” or “truth force” that formed the basis of Mahatma Ghandi’s life and work, and influenced the mission of Dr. Martin Luther King. And yes, it is “The Force” from that popular science-fiction fantasy franchise that so many of us love. The force is what makes us human beings first and leaders second.
