Foundations for a truly interoperable Metaverse

Foundations matter, and the foundations we set for the Metaverse will dictate how it looks decades from now. I for one wish to have a decentralized Metaverse where users control how they look, have true ownership of their assets, and can use these assets in any virtual world.
