- Community Expert with experience in supporting people as they join our platform.
- Technology Product Developer with the ability to leverage and integrate existing digital tools.

When you join as a member of our Founding Team, our equity program governs how you earn a future share of the business. It encourages an entrepreneurial spirit and increase our success. Our equity algorithm accounts for seniority, level of commitment, as well as risk. People who join us early in the process share with us both higher risks and higher rewards.
