Fourth Wave is delighted to announce that Elle Beau ❇︎ is joining us as a story editor, helping us to manage the increase in high-quality submissions since our publication was inducted into Medium’s Boost Pilot Program in September of 2023. Beau joins Osi I., Suma Narayan, and Dre Cáceres in helping founder Patsy Fergusson (that’s me) keep this publication humming.
Much like Medium software engineer Jacob Bennett wrote about Medium June 6, Fourth Wave is moving from “start-up” into “growth” mode — in our own small way.
