An Upside Down day in Friendz

Friendz has become a very big family which counts more than 50 members:

we keep in contact every day through e-mails, chats and calls, but sometimes an official gathering is fundamental to know the current status and the future of the company. What’s more, new members of the team haven’t had the occasion to meet all their colleagues yet, so we needed to catch up!

Friendz has gathered the whole team from Milan, Rome, Chiasso and Madrid at the office in Milan for one day, exactly the day after the new app release, for an “Upside Down” team-building activity.

For a day, the whole company’s dynamics have been turned upside down:

employees turned into community users, while users played the part of campaign approvers. The team has been divided into 9 smaller groups and had to complete, using Friendz app, 10 photo campaigns whose contents reflected the company’s values.

Every content submitted by the groups has been then approved by a jury of 4 community members and a journalist — Guia Rossi, Fashion & Design Editor of Cosmpolitan Italia — in charge of checking, selecting the best photos and choosing their favourite campaign to be launched in the future to the (real) community. The best photos from the team and from the community will be printed and showcased in every Friendz office.

This team building activity was a unique occasion to get together, but also to test the new version of Friendz app, completely updated from the design and technological point of view.
