BUYBACK

In these first 3 months we have started the FDZ buyback operation from the market for a value of 5% of the company’s turnover generated from April to December 2018 for a total amount of 23.923.385 FDZ.

BURN

The 20% of the FDZ purchased during the buyback (4.784.677 FDZ) have been saved in another wallet and then burned.

The next information about Buyback and Burn operation related to the 5% of Friendz App revenues generated between the 1st January and the 30th March 2019 will be communicated by the end of June, 2019.

Meanwhile, we keep on developing new App features, new products and new partnerships, in order to grow and consolidate our business. Here’s the details!

APP

We have recently introduced new functionalities and concept creation dynamics for unbranded campaigns, which increase the users’ engagement rate in the app.

Right now you can send Friendz coins from the app to an external wallet. You can find every detail and information within the app just by clicking on the top right icon in the “Send Friendz Coins” section.

In the new app release anyone can become creator of “FUN” campaigns! The name of the “campaign owner” will be visible in the campaign’s description.

OUR FIGURES

In the first 3 months we have launched in app over 250 campaigns, 85 of which are top brand campaigns and a social platform. Thanks to these activities, our community has generated 372.000 social actions and contents, +5.5 million interactions, 394 million impressions.

THE CAMPAIGNS

More than 85 projects have been launched. Our community’s creativity has been with the campaigns Philadelphia, Sottilette (aka “Kraft Singles” in other countries) and Alessi.

  • Thousands of sandwiches with the new Philadelphia flavours have conquered our Facebook and Instagram feeds. Our Friendz have created the “perfect sandwich” thanks to their friends’ suggestions who have chosen, through an Instagram Story poll, the ingredients.
  • For Sottilette, our users have played the role of the perfect food bloggers by taking pictures of their delicious dishes, enriching the photos with Instagram stickers and emojis! Feeds and Stories have been invaded by the hashtag #StoriediSottilette.
  • Alessi’s famous lamps, corkscrews, juicers and teapots came out of the Italian kitchens thanks to our community. In the Instagram campaign “I feel at home”, our community told how Alessi and his “Icone” collection is able to make them feel at home anywhere in the world. Every photograph taken by Friendz is visible just by searching for the hashtag #misentoacasa.

PARTNERSHIPS

In March we have closed a partnership with the video influencer marketing startup Vidoser in order to expand our User Generated content offer. Vidoser allows influencers to participate in campaigns, create videos, upload filters and branded effects directly from the camera developed by the app.

EVENTS

Press Conference: a preview launch of 4 new services related to the world of content production and white-label platforms with the main marketing and communication magazines. Several companies have already tested Photo on Demand, Social Contest, Social Gaming Platform and QuizTime to revolutionize the way they communicate on social media!

The Detox Party has been the perfect occasion to inaugurate our Friendz Home in Milan and present our #FriendzMarket, the place where we propose every day original marketing mix proposals and create the perfect recipe to help companies in their communication strategies!

LATEST NEWS

StartupItalia team has knocked on our door to give us the special “Community” award, which we have won thanks to over 15.000 votes received by the StartupItalia community and our amazing users.

Last but not least, on the 5th of February we have been invited by the Italian Deputees’ Chamber in Montecitorio, Rome, to receive 1st edition of Blockchain Prize award — organized by ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) observatory’s magazine. Friendz has been awarded for “being an Italian excellence in the tokenomics and blockchain sector.
