The DIF (Disruptive Innovation Festival) is a fully online experience which aims to shift mindsets and inspire action towards a circular economy. Curated by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, a non-profit organisation whose mission is to accelerate the transition to a circular economy, it invites people to share disruptive ideas and stories on a number of topics and attracts a worldwide audience, sparking critical conversations and participation through a combination of live interviews, films, and podcasts.

The videos from its last edition, which took place between November 6th and 23rd, have already been uploaded. I recommend you to navigate through the calendar, looking at the different topics and watching the different conversations. I highlight one: Why You Should Actually Care about the Future of Work by Azeem Azhar.

You can also watch the DIF Grand Finale where they make a synthesis of the thoughts, topics and ideas that have flourished throughout the event, and where Ellen MacArthur participates. What other talks have caught your attention?
