StressGuru provides emotional wellness plans with online counselling. We encourage our supporters to share their stories as part of our Humans of StressGuru series where we share stories of individuals overcoming personal challenges. Sharing your story gives you a chance to reflect on your life and take the time to acknowledge and accept yourself. Acceptance is the first step of healing. Sharing your story also heals others, empowering them to tell their own stories and open up to topics that have traditionally been loaded with shame and judgment that make people shy away.
