If you decided to give GoCryptobot a try, you are probably interested in making some money by obtaining some GCC. What is GCC? GCC is an ERC20 token that can be earned through different methods throughout the game. Let’s explore these different methods and see how efficient each one can be. (Some points covered in the first strategy guide will be omitted.)

Collecting Dust for GCC

The first method would be to collect Dust from either using the Market or participating in PvP. When using the Market, you are rewarded 20 Dust for every 5 purchases that you make. Once you gather 10,000 Dust, you can exchange it for 10 GCC. Another method would be to participate in the PvP. If you are a PvP winning team’s MVP, then you are awarded 2,000 Dust. If you are in the winning team, then you share 10,000 Dust with your teammates, depending on winning contribution. Even if you lose, you receive 30 Dust, just for participation.

Earning GCC Directly

A more straightforward way to earn GCC would be to sell your parts at the Market. By buying basic robot parts at the shop and leveling them up, you have a chance to obtain a highly coveted skill set. The more valuable skill set you get, the higher the selling price would become. Although there is a 2% processing fee, it would be hugely beneficial for you as a player, if you can sell a single part for more than 10 GCC. However, you should also consider the benefits your robot part can bring through the PvP. Would it be wise to sell your parts for GCC, or aim for a more long term goal by collecting stronger parts and winning the MVP title in PvP? It is up to you, as a player, to answer that question.

Cashing Out: Exchange Your GCC for Ethereum

Once you have gathered a considerable amount of GCC, you may consider cashing them out to receive Ethereum. However, in order to receive Ethereum, you must have some form of wallet that can hold Ethereum. We suggest using Metamask, as it has Google Chrome support, and will make the process of exchanging your GCC tokens into Ethereum a more seamless process than other wallets out there. By copying your Metamask’s public address directly into the GoCryptobot app(Wallet tab), your GCC will be transferred directly into your MetaMask. Once your tokens arrive in your Metamask, you can go here to exchange your GCC into Ethereum.

Since GCC is not a token that is listed on the cryptocurrency exchange site, KodeBox provides a currency exchange center that allows users to exchange GCC into Ethereum. After all that process is finished, you can go on to a cryptocurrency exchange site of your choice to cash out your newly earned Ethereum.

Simply Buying/Charging GCC

Although some people prefer to work their way up and truly earn rare items, many prefer to just spend some money and save a lot of time. Within the game, there are methods to directly charge GCC, which can be done either through the Shop or the Wallet. If you take the Shop approach, you can buy 10 GCC for 13.19 USD. However, if you wanted to use Ethereum or GCC itself that you received from elsewhere in your GoCryptobot account, then you can use the Wallet option. By simply tapping on the Wallet tab, you can see an option to ‘Charge GCC’. Upon pressing this button, you will see a notice that informs you about 1 GCC equaling approximately 1 USD when charging, and that the GCC-ETH exchange rate is based on the ETH-USD exchange rate provided by Coinbase. Then you will be lead to an address to which you must send GCC or ETH to via Metamask, or any other ETH/GCC wallet of your choice.

We’ve discussed the methods of gaining real money by exploring ways of gaining in-game currency that can ultimately be cashed out for us to use. However, even I do not know which method will serve better in the long run. Would it be better to sell your rare parts and make a short term profit? Or will you be able to make some decent cash by investing time and energy into gathering the best parts out there, and actually participating in the PvP? Only time will tell, and you can become an influence to that answer.

Last but not the least! Now it’s time to enjoy GoCryptobot.
