Car workshops often find it difficult to organize the operations that restrict them from delivering 100% customer satisfaction. We have successfully revamped our garage app with new features like ease of operations and set up a well-connected infrastructure.

Spares App With Better Aesthetics & Usability
We have completely revamped the Homepage for our Spares App. The goal was to help the user search parts their favoured way, which is searching by Vehicle and highlighting filtering options to improve user discovery of the app.
Easier filtering on the products listing page allows users to browse through multiple categories for their cars, such as car filters. Further, the simplification of the vehicle filtering is not based on the year of manufacturing along with variants.
Going further we are working on user-friendly developments. Helping users make a more educated decision on whether the part is a good fit is one major smart update on its way.

We, as a unit, are suckers for discovering new things & innovations. So we tried Twitter Ads & ran App install and App re-engagement campaigns on Twitter with the goal of driving brand awareness through video influencer content with a more effective cost-per-install rate.
