Bobye Holt, a family friend of the Duggars since Josh was a friend, testified at his trial about a disturbing conversation she and Josh had in 2005.
During that conversation he admitted to raping a 5-year-old girl when he was 15.
Ten years older than his victim.
According to Mrs. Holt’s testimony, Josh said that he “digitally penetrated” this 5-year-old girl while she sat on his lap listening to him read her Bible stories.
“The defendant told her that he had digitally penetrated Jane Doe 4’s vagina while she sat on his lap and he read her bible stories,” prosecutors wrote. “This rape occurred on March 30, 2003, and is what prompted the Duggars to contact the Holts that day.”
How in the world did his parents ever convince themselves not involve law enforcement?!?
Oh right, his mother Michelle believes that Josh has a tender heart and he is compassionate toward others.
