How to schedule an appointment on Starfish

The ASUM Renter Center has plenty of online resources to deal with housing problems, find housing, or even find out if you can live off-campus.

But sometimes you need a little more personal attention, and you may want to make an appointment.

Like many UM departments, we use Starfish for scheduling and appointment notes.

How to use Starfish

Clicking “schedule an appointment” links on our page or social media should take you right to the ASUM Renter Center Starfish profile, where you can click a big, blue button and make an appointment.

Your Starfish menu may look a little different, especially if you weren’t logged in with your NetID.

If you don’t see our profile, click in the “Search services and people” field and start typing “ASUM Renter Center.” You’ll see our logo pop up. Click it, and you’re here!

Other ways to make an appointment
