It is important to run the tests as early as possible when considering a new promotional technique or when launching a new product.
Make sure the content you produce is great, you’ve gone so far not to create a kick ass email campaign.
Evaluate all of your ideas and prioritize them. How confident are you that they’ll work? How easy are they to implement? How big would the effect be?
I always think — somebody must have done this pretty well in the past, so why don’t we just learn and copy from the best.
The more you know about your leads, the better you can cater and nurture them in your marketing down the line.
Moving beyond the 1,000-customer mark will be different than anything you’ve done before. Your growth so far has been the result of a hyper-specific focus on a niche.
