First Batch of HoloPorts Assembled & Packaged
As you probably know, we’ve continued to share about the steady progress with Holochain, the core components of Holo, and Closed Alpha and the HoloFuel Ecosystem. And now we can share we’ve assembled and packaged the first batch of HoloPorts and HoloPorts+!
HoloPort and HoloPort+
- Everything is now in place and we’re assembling! Initial HoloPorts have already made it through the line this week — fully assembled and packaged!
- Our team will be receiving the first ones for the internal stages of Closed Alpha Testing very soon.
- The rest of the HoloPorts will come off the assembly line, finish being packaged, and be prepared for shipment to distributors immediately afterwards!
- Our Holo hardware partner is on the ground in China and will be on site to personally oversee the process and guarantee speedy shipment to distributors.
HoloPort Nano
- We are still working on the Nano disc image to provide to the manufacturer. This delay is due to the upgrade to 16GB of storage and our choice to prioritize the HoloPorts and HoloPort+.
- The storage change also requires that the Nano go through a recertification process.
- Assembly of the HoloPort Nanos will begin as soon as we are able to complete the disc image and certification.
Update Your Shipping Address if Necessary
If you’ve moved or would like your HoloPort shipped to a different address than originally listed, please log into Indiegogo and update your address as soon as possible. If you have any trouble, please reach out to help@holo.host.
