EthicHub Savings Pool on GoodGhosting
Thanks to the community’s participation and the phenomenal success of GoodGhosting’s first ever Save2Save pools we’ve decided to create another one!
For this Save2Save pool, we have partnered with ReFi project EthicHub. Ethichub helps to improve the living standard of small farming communities by investing in their projects, buying their coffee, or providing liquidity for their loans.
With GoodGhosting you can make your money work harder than ever by generating yield and rewards for yourself as well as simultaneously helping EthicHub and having a great social impact. In other words, donate to EthicHub without having to donate at all!
This pool is slightly different to what you’re used to with GoodGhosting, your required savings deposits are ETHIX-CELO LP Tokens (liquidity provider tokens). But don’t worry it’s super easy to obtain the LP tokens and join. We made a quick how-to video to show you the process at the bottom of this post. Below is a quick gif.
The ETHIX-CELO LP tokens are provided by Symmetric, a decentralized exchange (DEX) and automated market maker (AMM) on Celo and Gnosis. Read more about the LP tokens here.
Pool Breakdown
Each user in the EthicHub Save2Save pool will be required to deposit 40 LP tokens every two weeks. The price of the LP tokens is variable and may change. At the time of writing this blog post, 40 LP tokens are equal to around $10.
The pool requires 6 total deposits of 40 LP tokens making the total required deposit (as of its value when writing this blog post) $60.
The pool will open to join on Thursday the 8th of September at 2PM UTC.
What do I win?
The rewards for successful savers will be 75 ETHIX + 3.75 SYMM per person (assuming over 300 players join). That’s currently about $20 per person or an APY of 123%! 😱
75 ETHIX ≈ $16.5*
3.75 SYMM ≈ $3.6*
Total reward ≈ $20*
If less than 300 people join, the reward per winning saver will be limited to 50 ETHIX.
Important note: there is a maximum of 1000 participants, after which the pool gets closed to new joiners. We expect this pool to reach maximum participants within 24 hours of opening so it’s important to join as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.
