It Only Takes 4 Minutes a Day to Maintain Decent Muscle Tone
Would you sacrifice 0.3% of your day for a body you love to live in? Sounds like a good deal, doesn’t it?
This week’s article shares the habits that help me put in these 4 minutes like clockwork every day. I even posed topless as proof! 😄
Here are the four steps to maintaining a great body with minimal effort:
- Carefully integrate 4 minutes of strength training into your daily routine and make sure there is no friction to getting started each time
- Be willing to push to the point of discomfort for the final few seconds and be sure to alternate muscle groups on consecutive days
- Maintain a reasonably active lifestyle with about 10k steps per day
- Clean up your diet once and for all
With these habits firmly in place, I’m confident that anyone can stay lean and healthy for life!
