Harm Reduction HeroesI get the chance to photograph some amazing harm reduction activists, some are well known, many are the people who do the work without anyone knowing who they are. They are some of my ‘Harm Reduction Heroes’ and it’s a pleasure to point a camera at every one of them
Note from the editor
This is in no way supposed to be a collection of ALL the people who are involved in harm reduction (although if you have the money to fund that I’m game). The photos are all either taken when I see activist friends, or are quickly grabbed at conferences and other events. In most cases I get 30–40 seconds with a person, and even then most of that time is spent trying to reassure them that even though they think they look horrible in photos I’ll get a good shot.
