One very long, very thoughtful answer that deserves to be shared

When you receive the results of a survey, like the one we just ran for Harmony, they come into a giant Excel spreadsheet that’s, quite frankly, a pain in the ass to read. I honestly don’t know how Tim has the patience to go through it all as diligently as he did. With text answers the spreadsheet format is even more annoying as it’s so hard to read. BUT… hidden in the sheet was the following response that clearly took a long long time to write. Whoever wrote this clearly cares, clearly has a lot of passion and deserves recognition. So here’s the response in its entirety. I haven’t cleaned up the grammar or the punctuation because it’s not necessary. So here it is…

Again thanks for listening, I will use this to give my ideas and hope you ll like the comments :) — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Note-*- I will be honest, what will follow is to be read with a grain of salt I know the project just had two months on exchanges … Its a baby- Again, English is not my mother tongue — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Perfect Documentation:I recently asked few questions about Staking Mechanism, and rewards, didn’t get concrete replies nor found it in the documentation. What is the advantages of running a Fundamentional node, Running a Node, Staking only ?Does it worth the risk ? (Having token blocked)Those questions should be answered before offering the possibility to the community to participate in such activities .. Otherwise its like if a bank says : Please invest in this and I don’t tell you the ROI, however your money will be blocked..) Technical documents, Non technical documents should be accurate, clear, and informative.**Remember that most of the world is non Native English speakers — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Community Management:1) Maybe organizing a page where you have all you little games communicated and nicely designed and explained (As Bounty for example) and people would have to go to this page to see if there is a bounty ongoing and then follow the notice and go . But communicating on a daily on Telegram/twitter/ feels heavy to follow sometimes, especially if we follow multiples projects. As an example : https://go.nebulas.io from the project Nebulas An other point related to that is, for corporate and brand image, if one day you communicate about a game with a mayor and else, and the day after you communicate about meetups, and the day after partnership with WYZ, it feels a bit messy and not organised sometimes.2) Physical engagement I feel you are doing it well going around the world. However, to avoid a feeling of “nothing is done when you travel” — Please keep on Building . The day Stephen and other are talking to a panel in London could be a day, you announce partnerships, and the same day we have a new documents on transaction speeds and market comparison.(We will feel that news are coming from everywhere and even when the heads are traveling, the projects moves on ! ) — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — TEZOS examples :1) I like the governance mechanism in Tezos, as it is fully decentralized, and the future of the technology is in the hands of the community and its community is strong (However, sometimes it feels like a dragons without a head ) meaning if harmony could implement such mechanism and keeping a direction on top this would be very powerful.2 )Tezos Fundation, with Tezos Capital and Tezos Commons are developing standards on their tokens to be used later on for STO (as an example), very interesting approach. (and nice Foundations/Association Structure, to develop the Whole ecosystem )3) Tezos Fundation are using their funds to grants/support a lot related to : wallets, programming Languages (Python,Go, Ocaml, etc.) block explorer, meaning more developer later on and soon. I feel this is a great approach. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — CONSULTINGFrom the corporate world very few people know about new technologies and are interested, they don’t and cannot follow. If you cannot create your consultancy services, try to provide developers and smarts guys and/or training to big consulting firms, they have to sell you to their clients. They are the one who will be called by the Banks/industry and all the “old world” when a new migration, evolution of system are needed. And in general, they follow what the consultants suggests. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — ExchangesIt is not that important to me, but I feel sometimes it is for the community members , make sure you respect them. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — TokenomicsWorks hard on this one please — Binance is killing the Game : BNB can be used everywhere, You have some Buy backs and burns, You need the BNB to participate in IEO With BNB you have reduction fees for transactions , etc. etc.Project WIREX is also something you could copy (later point in time). having a Creditcard as payment system and reduction to fees based on the amount held on the account (incentive to hold) (could also be link to Time held — not only one variable could be used)Idea — Maybe make games or things where you have a better reward system for long term holders … (Depends on your strategy , if you want liquidity or less) but would be a good tool for that. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — TRUST (not sure this part you will like)1) Get the trust of the community please. Don’t dump the tokens when you have access to them, i.e. provide your public address to show your commitment If it goes, well, you can even burn some to show the commitment ( recent BNB approach) — -DO THE Unexpected2) When you announce, please ALWAYS respects your words. i.e: If you say Great News in two weeks, you should have a Great News within two weeks, etc.(By respecting this rule, the community, will trust you and catch on that ! )3) Be Nice ! Be Polite ! Don’t play the game of putting other projects down.Respect your short term investors, as well as long terms investors — — From what I have seen, it is already the case, this is one of the many reasons I like this projects. However, you can still do market comparisons, technology comparisons, but respecting the “opponents” etc. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — USER FRIENDLYNESSMy parents don’t understand Finance/Crypto and they are scared of Both. It is human. But it has always been complex. My parents don’t understand Nuclear Plant and they are less scared because this is how electricity works in France. They turn On/Off at home only and they feel they get how thing works. Please, Whatever you build/Make/DO .. Make it easy, simple nice, user friendly.Make a Wallet which a 8 Years old Kid can USE. A block Explorer for non geek, non tech people. Make things graphical, and with few data so it is easily understood and remember Be The ONE guys :) — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Sorry for all my answers, they are not organised well but it is difficult in such a document. Plus they should be prioritized.Something like this would be nice : First : Ensure the tech is efficient, and SECURE and well decentralized ===> Industry Trust — Quality ProofSecond : Tools and Languages and block explorer ===> You will need TONS of developerS to migrate or develop Dapps on Harmony Third : Corporate world ===> Talk to them, explain with consulting firms everywhere, provide the developers, show the tools, use cases etc.Fourth : Classic Start-up ==> Partnership and innovationTransversalMarketing-Communication : Engagement of the community though a bounty portal or else but get ‘em(I mean us :) ) on boardGet on Exchange : Get liquidity ( not a priority, but to have your basis of investor confident to hold a while)Tokenomics : Please Please Please develop some good utility to your token !BeTheFirst : Try to be the first/best somewhere. be like “ahhhhhh harmony is the one with the best txs/min” or “ahhhhhh Harmony is the one which was the first to be quantum resistant” or “ahhhhhhh Harmony is the one that xxxx”**Side Note: I see you are often proud in being in the Silicon Valley, I wouldn’t over communicate on it, don’t forget that the world is big, many other opportunities everywhere, every continents, every fields (Tech, Bank, Health, Industry, News/FakeNews, Insurance, Internet, Automotive, Real Estate, etc. )Please if you need one day some more Feedbacks, don’t hesitate.

So here’s me reaching out to this person to say THANK YOU, I would love more feedback from you. This was awesome.

Robin
