Special News Release — Redelegation is coming!!!

We just got word a few hours ago that the Harmony Team has heard the community, and is updating the undelegation rules to accommodate those who are stuck on nodes which did not survive the turbulence of the first few epochs. The 7 day undelegation has been a concern of many for weeks, if not months, and this subject has frequently come up on the calls, as well as in the chats.
Details: The change will take effect during epoch 191. (Next Epoch!) What does this mean to you? Beginning next epoch, which will begin Tuesday morning UTC, the undelegation rules will change. At the beginning of epoch 192, which is estimated to start Wednesday evening or Thursday morning UTC, any ONE which has been undelegated at any point prior to the start of that epoch, will become available for redelegation. Your redelegated tokens will then begin earning the following epoch, after they have been included in the election for epoch 193. Epoch 193 is estimated to begin either late Thursday evening, or on Friday morning, UTC. The reason we cannot give exact times, are because the epochs are based upon blocks, not time, and block times may vary.
Validators: If you do not update your binaries prior to the end of epoch 191, the Harmony team has stated that you may run into issues. Check in at the teams #mainnet-nodes channel on Discord, and verify you know what needs to be done if you have any questions!
