What’s new in the Merchant Dashboard?
Stay up-to-date, review and compare performances at your will
No more waiting for reports to compare the performance of your outlets. We understand the importance of this for Chain Owners and have introduced this functionality on the dashboard itself. Accessible from the Navigation Menu, choose Comparison and simply select the outlets you want to differentiate and get an instant overview of their performance across key metrics. You can now also generate Reports as required for custom time periods and stay on top of your business performance.
Identify performance anomalies
We’ve identified for you, outlets that are performing best and those that need attention. Displayed in a leaderboard format, you can find these on the dashboard homepage itself.
Loyalty, more than just Rewards
The new dashboard enables you to look beyond Rewards and view Loyalty as a whole.
Gauge the success of your program via an Earn/ Burn Ratio, action on it and make remedial changes in case of inflated ratios due to points accumulation, low redemptions, etc.
Understand the impact of the rewards program on your business, keep track of your Average Order Value and Purchase Frequency.
Each of these metrics are represented on a timeline, allowing you to understand historical trends.
