The healthcare industry is riddled with technical jargon and medical elitism. Plus, the Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the use of digital health and it’s set to impact everyone as we will all have to interact with the healthcare system at some point in our lives. But there is an asymmetry of information between the health industry players and the patients/consumers. My goal with this publication is to simplify complex concepts in health technology and make this information more accessible to the average consumer.
