Written by Navvy and close friend Wells*, the lyrics strike the heart of what a long-distance relationship is like. Poetic lines about counting down the days waiting for that person to return are contrasted beautifully by an honest reflection of around-the-world friendship dynamics.

Extra kudos to Wells*, who produced Somebody ~ Like You as well as contributing to the writing. Gorgeous descending chimes in the hook, sparse and creative percussion and dreamy chords all contribute to the weightless sensation. This track continues the dreamy pop feel that Navvy introduced us to with her debut release Running In My Sleep.
