Use Kit to send your thank you emails

Thank you emails are a great way to engage your customers and increase their trust in your brand.

Hubspot found that thank you emails generate open rates up to twice as high as those of their regular marketing emails. This additional engagement offers a great time to up–sell your customers. So they could include a link to a new product, or a discount code for their next purchase.

When you make a sale, Kit will automatically prompt you to send your customer a thank you email.

You can personalize your templates for both new and repeat customer emails, and set them to send automatically.
