Highstreet Announces Initial Home Offering of 2,500 Yield Generating Luxurious Condos in Highstreet City
Highstreet is thrilled to announce that as part of our long-term collaboration, Binance NFT will onboard $HIGH tokens as a supported currency on its platform. Get your $HIGH ready for the first phase of our Initial Home Offering. The Solarium, located in the center of Highstreet World, not only allows owners to earn passive income over time but also comes with a suite of amenities that we’ll be announcing throughout the IHO campaign.

Solarium Units are part of the Highstreet World Metaverse. The Solarium has 2,500 Homes in total, ranging in sizes from Studios to Luxury Suites with different rarity levels that set them apart from one another. Here is an overview of the available units:

2,000 Homes will be sold on Binance NFT as a Mystery Box IGO. This means buyers won’t know what type of Home they have acquired until the reveal. Additionally, there will be 200 units sold on our website along with 115 airdropped to influencers and event winners to further increase the visibility of the project. The remaining 185 will be held in reserve for future collaborations.
How to Buy Solarium Homes
In order for buyers to participate in the upcoming IHO with Binance, buyers need to have a verified Binance account. It is crucial for buyers to meet the requirement of each stage to move on to the subsequent ones. Failure to do so or having to miss the date or time will disqualify the buyer from this event.
1. Preparation Stage 2022–02–07 00:00(UTC+0) to 2022–02–09 02:00(UTC+0)
Head to Binance NFT Marketplace. Buyers are required to have 0.1 BNB total in their Binance wallet to qualify and proceed to the next stage.
2. Subscription Stage 2022–02–09 02:00(UTC+0) to 2022–02–10 09:00(UTC+0)
Qualified buyers from the previous stage will see the “Click for subscription” button being enabled. Buyers can then choose to commit to buying 1 ticket costing 50 $HIGH to 4 tickets costing 200 $HIGH. The more tickets buyers are willing to commit to, the higher the probability of the buyers’ tickets getting selected (Note: this does not guarantee any of buyers' tickets being selected). $HIGH Tokens will be locked up until the distribution period ends.
3. Calculation Stage 2022–02–10 09:00(UTC+0) to 2022–02–10 12:00(UTC+0)
Purchased tickets will then enter a pool, and the Binance system will select the lucky winning tickets. No buyer action is required then. If the buyers’ tickets are not selected, the buyers’ $HIGH that was committed will be returned back to the buyer.
4. Distribution Stage 2022–02–10 12:00(UTC+0)
After the calculation stage, the buyers will see the allocation details which complete the purchase.
5. Unveil Stage
48 hours after the distribution stage, the buyers’ purchased Secure Access Orb will automatically unveil into one of the four types of units they correspond to.

Move-In Day
Move-In Day is currently scheduled for the end of March when we’ll allow homeowners to move into their Homes. On Move-In Day, any holder of Solarium Keys will be able to access their homes either through the browser or through VR. They will be able to decorate their homes with external NFTs, interact with pre-designated furniture from Highstreet, each with a unique feature, as well as invite their friends and families over to share music and movies with our built-in streaming services.
Move-In Day is the first step to onboard players into Highstreet World. The build will be followed by subsequent patches throughout the year to add Commerce, P2E, and MMO features to the game.
