This article is more of sharing the stack of applications I use. Here is a suggestion of 5-ish tools to help you better manage your money, and answer give you answer to where your dollars are being spent.

- Mint ~ This Nerd Wallet and Level Money are more of personal finance applications. The basic idea is to connect your bank account to one of the apps, they crunch data and produce daily reports that you can base your budgeting on. For example, how much you spend on financial transactions, including hidden fees. Another good example is how much you spend on transport yearly, or how much it costs you to own and using a car for daily commutes.
- Baremetrics — analytics software for your Stripe, Recurly or Chargify accounts. It is an easy way to tell which channel is making money, versus channels that are not.
In addition, but not in the same category, I found these tools worth to mention for some of the daily transactions —
- TransferWise — border-less Account helps nomads to travel without having to trouble their debit bank accounts. Algorithms that detect fraud, sometimes screw up heavy travelers!
- Mylo — helps to invest the remainder on your Starbucks coffee fixes.
- Memberful — helps to manage to pay memberships.
