Greetings everyone! We are pleased to come back to you with the important updates and overall current work progress news.

Closed beta testing results

Supposedly, the most awaited update is the results of the infrastructure beta test, which will ensure the successful deploy of the applications on the platform. The news is that:

Beta testing stage is completed successfully.

Undoubtedly, it is a significant step forward. Here are three simple questions that explain the whole importance of this stage, give an overview of the whole progress we’ve done and the prospects we’ve got.

What was this beta testing for?

Being a prerelease stage, beta testing refers to a thorough test of all the features and elements of the platform working in real market under any conditions, as specifically these things often reveal the major inefficiencies of the product, helping to make it viable and effective in real life. By the way, the major parts of the platform being tested are Order Routing Service (ORS) and API key introduced in the previous Development report.

Basically, this is the only way to check such substantial features, typical of the high quality product, as reliability, security and robustness. And definitely it requires not less attention and efforts than the initial stages of the platform development.

What did we get due to beta testing?

Beta testing introduced us a clear picture of the system strengths and weaknesses. We tested the infrastructure and its each part carefully under various conditions, creating possible scenarios, including force majeure ones, and monitoring both internal communication of the platform (in other words, integrity of its parts) and external one, as the infrastructure implies working with plenty of liquidity sources.

After thorough testing we got:

  1. The worthy result. The infrastructure lives up to our expectations and is viable under all the conditions, ensuring coherent functioning of its integral parts and external sources communication.
  2. Bugs reported. Definitely, the real market reveals insufficiencies and bugs to be fixed. And this is exactly what we are currently focused at.
  3. Ideas for improvement. You never know when you come up with the new ideas! But you are more likely to do it while testing a product in real life. Beta testing brought us a fresh vision of the product features, which will be taken into account.

What are our further steps?

Getting the objective evaluation of the infrastructure and a clear scope of work to be done, currently we are fixing bugs identified and working on overall framework improvement.
