Infrastructure and Cities for Economic Development (ICED) was a facility designed to accelerate DFID's infrastructure and cities initiatives across the world. It operated between 1 February 2016 and 31 July 2019.

Infrastructure and Cities for Economic Development (ICED) is a facility designed to accelerate and scale up DFID’s investment in the next generation of transformative urban and infrastructure programming to promote resilient and inclusive economic growth. Country and regional offices and specialist DFID advisers can access rapid technical assistance for programming responsive to the demand for improved infrastructure and the challenges of rapid urbanisation.
