This is a habit I discovered for myself in the last few years, especially in Europe when the days were dark, wet, and cold. I needed to find tools to keep my spirits uplifted. Dancing in the morning and/or before leaving the house was a real game-changer and comes with so many benefits:

  1. You start your mornings with a much better mood.
  2. You can dance like nobody is watching and feel alive.
  3. Your chakra system gets activated by movement and vibration. The more you jump up and down, move right and left, swing around, and move your hips, the better for your whole system.
  4. Your Qi, your life force energy, gets motivated to move around in your body, giving life and energy to every little toe and finger.
  5. You leave your home with a smile on your lips.
  6. Your days tend to be much more enjoyable.
  7. You are more inclined to attract other beings in a similar positive vibration.
