Who is Allison Wiltz?

Allison Wiltz is a writer, an advocate, and an English teacher. While she is a new writer on Illumination, she’s been writing creatively since age 8. In high school, she attended the New Orleans Creative Center for Arts to strengthen her writing skills. After Hurricane Katrina, she attended Loyola University for English Writing. Then, she attended the University of Phoenix where she obtained her B.A. of Science in Psychology. Wanting to continue her study of human behavior, she obtained her Masters of Science in Psychology. She’s a black woman, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a cousin, a friend.

Reading and writing have always been important to her. Allison’s an advocate for Civil Rights and believes that the pen is mightier than the sword. Outraged by systematic racism and sexism, she’s created a Social Activist Organization called Justice Can’t Wait. In April 2018, she got married to a great man and is generally cheerful.

Why did she study psychology?
