Since the beginning of time, a tug-of-war between young and old has been inevitable. Even in days with primitive technology or limited mobility, people leveraged the variables of battle-hardened experience against fresh perspectives. Society’s inability to reconcile and fuse together these factors serves as the basis for my Jigsaw Gens series — where I categorize generational cohorts across the landscape of American history.

I started this anthological journey by profiling the eight primary generations of the modern era in the United States…

Hemingrebels | GI-Gens | Traditionalists | Baby Boomers

GenXers | Millennials | Zoomers | Alphas

Following that up, I’ve been tracking prior generational cohorts who drove events throughout the Seventeenth, Eighteenth, and Nineteenth Centuries. These fourteen generations paved the way toward the conflict and innovation that we currently absorb:

Missionaries | Stowegressives | Golden Renegades | Redeemers
