Fleeting Feathers of Belief
Poem of Cosmic Magnitude

Wings of mind, gliding, soaring,
dipping severely into phantasm and utopia,
poking into pie in the sky, sinking into holocaust,
aspiring to the moon and back.

Testing every nook and cranny of extreme illusion.
Roving virtual Xanadu, meandering Shangri-La.
Gliding into convolution. Tangled in perplexity,
a labyrinth of dogma. Manacled and hampered.

Plucked feather dipped in blood,
scribbles calligraphic runes of reprobation,
framed by alluring fleurs of illumination,
indecipherable fingerprints from days of yore.

Escaping oppressive thought crusades,
winging it, fluttering frantically off tower keep,
drifting aimlessly o’er eons of attitude,
all while gleaning relics of heroic exploits.
