Put in normal talk, the fact that Donald J Trump must pay an eighty-year-old E Jean Carroll 83 million dollars for raping then defaming her, censors and censures him from 1)defaming 2)debating -because when debating he can’t keep from defaming.
This is an important milestone, precedent, what you like, an accomplishment for the legal system, private business system, and mostly women as private/public owners and creators, let alone citizens of the USA.
It is encouraging to all women in the political sphere, those running for office, in races by far even the Presidency and Senate, House, and civic seats. Why do I say this? Women are seeing that the courage that woman, E Jean, to pursue, carry through, and follow to this conclusion took much and won much, and helped women remember why they want to win in life. Those who have had parallel experiences can see the light of a future day by knowing this woman’s win is legally proven on record.

Blog writer or not, a woman can start doing that sort of thing, writing about this shit that has taken them down, but nothing new. To continue the fight or sounding a bell saying “I hear you”, now hear me” and feel through some of the personal real and legal traumas caused by either public figures, mostly antagonistic, sexist, hostile, illegal happenings, to name some. However, courage is quite a real deal. This is not the same ME 2, this is a light switch for outrageous behaviors that have caused sorrow, reputation, and injuries of all proportions. I say of course it is NOT for the faint of heart or poor woman to get through the high court legal system for a swift outcome.

I am so sympathetic to E Jean’s plight. I would never expect to be in a situation like hers. I plan to keep on writing, start the next phase, research, or let the wheel turn as it may. We, or maybe the writer, are in an “us, you, them” mentality area, and… life unfolds. Just do it, write, and learn, because it’s not less is more, and writing will improve as one tells it.
