Hello everyone,

today I will tell you about health as promised in my article “Magic Focus 🧘‍♂️.” Remember, I wrote that we often get distracted by various factors, losing focus as a result?

So, I faced this. I forgot about my health because there is so much interesting stuff — I want to do everything, and 24 hours a day just isn’t enough for life.

Working, preparing meals, tidying up the house, going to the store, spending time with family — it’s essential. But I also want to see what’s being posted on Instagram, what YouTube will show today, who’s writing on Facebook…

I agree — not everyone spends a lot of time on social media, some people are not there at all. And it’s great that they’re not. But I’m one of those who often get caught up in the internet or watch TV.

How did this affect my health?

First, I spent more time in front of the TV and often sat on my phone. I also started buying more chips and candies for the evening, replacing a proper dinner with pizza. Then, I stopped eating fruits and healthy vegetables. Often in the evenings, I didn’t feel like cooking, and it was easier to order food… Fourth, instead of regular water, I drank various beverages like Coca-Cola, Fanta, coffee, and strong tea — in large quantities. At that time, I thought the drinks were hydrating my body — oh, how wrong I was 😓

After some time, small pimples appeared on my face, my weight increased, and I felt breathless even with small exertion.

I started to wonder what had happened to me. How did this happen? That’s when I started thinking about the food I eat.

I remember starting to search in Google for information about the ingredients in chips, cola, candies… I got scared 😧 that I was harming myself with what I was buying. And I was spending a lot of money on things that were detrimental to my health.

I actively began to change my lifestyle. I stopped drinking alcohol, even on holidays. I quit smoking (I started at 21 and completely quit at 23). I started drinking water, eating fruits and vegetables, and exercising. My complexion noticeably improved, and my weight decreased from 76 kg to 66 kg with a height of 180 cm. But I had already spent too much time poisoning my body. Somehow, after a trip where I forgot to drink water and eat fruits again, something unpleasant happened.

Upon returning home, my husband and I went to the hospital because my legs started hurting, and the veins were bulging. The doctor examined my problem and diagnosed thrombophlebitis. And I’m only 24 years old.

They prescribed 10 injections in my abdomen, and these medications have side effects. I remember feeling terrible, I couldn’t walk because I would lose consciousness. They also prescribed compression stockings to prevent the disease from spreading in my legs.

As the doctor told me, this happened because of a lack of regular water and excessive salt in my body.

Well, I began to fight for my health and believed that my body can recover.

Every day I drink warm water in the morning (1 liter) from 07:00 to 11:00. At lunch (1 liter) from 12:00 to 16:00. In the evening (0.7 liters) from 17:00 to 20:00.

To improve blood circulation, I eat avocado, pumpkin seeds, blueberry, bananas, strawberry. I add fresh ginger and garlic to my food, radishes in a salad with cucumber and tomato, and various lentils. Very beneficial vitamins for restoring veins and the body in general are found in natural foods.

I also walk twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. I go to the pool once a week. Before bed, I elevate my legs to the wall to help blood circulate. When sitting at my desk, I raise my legs and move my feet forward and backward — this also helps the blood flow to the heart.

Everything that is sold in tablets, injections, etc., is a big business where we buy medicine for one disease and acquire a new disease with the medicine we bought. And so our trips to the pharmacies do not end, but rather we start going there more often. I eat more vitamins in fresh foods and don’t visit the pharmacy when i have a cold.

So, I started eating natural products, and my body began to recover.

Now I see that this really works and helps. I frequently ask myself: what’s more important to me, my health or satisfying my cravings? Always, this stops me from buying something I’ll regret.

My Advice:

Prioritize Your Health: It’s a precious gift from God.

Limit Harmful Habits: Cut down on alcohol, smoking, and unhealthy fast food like Burger, pizza, noodles etc, sugary drinks, and energy drinks. These substances take a toll on us daily.

By giving up deadly products, we open the doors to longevity — something that was originally gifted to us by God.

A little exercise on the weekends, cycling, basketball, swimming — the key to a strong body.

Reflect on the Consequences: Consider how you feel after excessive drinking — the urge to vomit, or the unpleasant taste after smoking. Think about how your stomach reacts to a Big Mac.

The key is to encourage healthier choices and emphasize the importance of taking care of one’s well-being.

Love yourself, take care of yourself, and always stay healthy!
