Traveler
Poetry — Wandering soul
I swam in oceans
Of endless sorrow
And climbed the peak
Of mountains of joy
I glanced down into the abyss
Of terror and fear
And braced myself against storms
Of anger and rage
I slept in the shade
Of trees so serene
And felt awe at the sight
Of sights never seen
I conquered the deserts
Of complete desolation
And met so many souls
Of all shapes and forms
In my emotions, I travel
Over great heights
And into deepest depths
I discover my feelings
On this neverending journey
And come to realize that
I am truly a traveler
