The modern-day hustle has crunched your schedule that does not leave you even with an inch gap to fill yourself with fresh air and positive thoughts that can bring a change to your toxic lifestyle.

From the time you wake up, you fuel yourself up in a way to work on the increasing web of responsibilities and challenges. It has become a never-ending cycle of satisfying the world around you more than yourself.

Every passing day presents a complex maze you ought to master to meet the hustle of the next day without harming your growth.

Where does the complexity gap lie?

In the battle between

  • The confused mind infused with stress, anxiety, and unrealistic vision of doubts to a convincing heart armed with belief, courage, and determination.
  • The zeal for staying positive amidst the bombardment of negative energy influences that make you fight between fearing to look forward or taking a step back.
  • The imagination gives you wings, setting your spirit free to feel realistic, but the practicality folds you into the real-world struggles that suffocate you.

The most complicated skill is to be simple.

Doesn’t it sound familiar to your current situation?

What are you doing?

You’re striving for a life outside of the maze by exerting control in every situation you encounter but find yourself trapped in a repetitive cycle, wondering if the world will bombard you with something unreal.

You feel trapped in a box that tries to suck the blood out of you and try to transform you into a human. You try hard to stay consistent in the constantly changing surroundings, which range from people to nature, slowly and steadily.

You are trying to make a hard choice between living in the present and wondering about your future based on your current choices.

What else could you do when the teachings are this way? Nothing?

Just because you are trapped and having a complex day doesn’t mean you will not reach the top. One of the most common reasons is the inability to simplify your way of living during your daily dose of work.

Simplicity doesn’t mean being formal but being yourself.

Why do you seem to look folded in the daily complexities?

There is no hard and fast way of unwiring your daily complexities. If you see an ant like an elephant, it is for sure you will trap yourself in the repetitive cycle of hard living.

Each passing day can be hard just because of your way of perceiving things unless you react to it. Why?

  1. A Hole in the Prioritization: If you prioritize a person who treats you as a choice or a goal that doesn’t add up much to your growth ladder, you’ll end up living a day that keeps adding complexity. You focus on something that may not rest with you but give attention even when it doesn’t need it. Are you moving in the right direction?
  2. An urge to publicize: Why do you think stress keeps looking for you from every direction? Publicity comes with criticism, jealousy, and sometimes anxiousness. Showcasing your activeness can lead to burnout, with a risk of misunderstandings and the complexity it brings to you during the crucial hours of your day.
  3. The Social Breather: You observe that for every few minutes, you need a rough scroll of social media so that you can breathe. You get trapped in those fake postings and content that keep you hooked. You end up criticizing yourself for not having what others have, thereby finding ways to live a similar life but ending up unhappy.
  4. An Unfollowed Schedule: If you always want to sail on two boats at once, you will hit yourself into failures rather than success. You can’t live more than 24 hours in a day. Every day hustle keeps you locked with a busy schedule, but if you overlook it, you will procrastinate, leading to chaos at the end of your day.
  5. People-Pleasing is at the Top: Convincing people is good only when not followed as a repetitive cycle. The more you try to please, the more you create a space for others to take advantage of you. Why won’t it be hard to pass your day when you hand the remote control of your life into others’ hands?
  6. Debiting More Than Crediting: The more you give, the more you lose yourself. In the era of selfish people, you will find yourself standing at the crossroads of dusty storms not being witnessed by people. Do not debt yourself until you feel it’s worth an investment, as it hardly takes time to get into the maze of twists and turns.
  7. Locking Yourself in the Pessimism: If you can’t do it doesn’t mean you have failed. It’s all about understanding that you have tried and have learned a lesson. You are good at something that others are not at. You keep seeing bad phases if you lock yourself in a cage that haunts you to take the next step.
  8. Being a Materialistic Hunter: In life, everything doesn’t start and end with money or heavy-priced possessions. Sometimes, it’s the heart that wins too. If you keep wanting what others have, you’ll keep waiting and not reap what you have, which others don’t. Why do you want to complicate it? Keep it grounded.
  9. Being Bothered Rather Than Calming Down: The more you mind others’ words, the more ruthless it gets for you to do your job. You can’t enjoy the company of a person who isn’t enjoying their own. The more you bother yourself, the more your mind will take to process things, slowing you down in the long run. You add hardships more than effectiveness when you start getting bothered.

It is not always dreaming about your future life, but sometimes it is also about living the present.

There is no hard and fast way of living your day. When you ignore the small instances in your daily hardships, it marks the beginning of the chaos.

Your perceptions about your surroundings, people, and your mental well-being can act harsh upon you throughout your day. If you don’t get in the dirt and experience, then you lose to witness the endless possibilities.

Your hardships take an entry only due to ignorance of the simplest things that can turn your life upside down. That is where your everyday living gets tougher to pass through.
