On February 12, 2024, the two collaborators announced plans to establish Dubai as a global music destination, featuring the first Capitol Studios outside Hollywood.
Why build studios in Dubaï?
Tech investments, cultural diversity, and its position as a global crossroads make Dubai an ideal destination for the music industry, with fantastic weather year-round.
The ‘music island’ promises innovative recording studios, educational academies, and a redesigned service label to support local and regional artists.

Commercially, the setup aims to support artists throughout their careers, including recordings, touring, and merchandising tactics.
