If you’ve been hanging around In Living Color for a while, you may be familiar with JoAnn’s Selfie Challenge:
There are two things I love… well, as far as writing on Medium goes anyway. I love checking out people’s personal photos, especially their “selfies” and I love it when people introduce themselves, whether it be through their About Me Stories or the Writer Spotlight Series on my travel publication Globetrotters.
Whether you’re new, old, constant, occasional, and whether you’ve previously submitted a selfie challenge, we’re challenging you to create your selfie challenge two-point-O, a creative self-portrait.
What is a self-portrait you ask? According to the National Portrait Gallery:
“A self-portrait is a work of art, like a picture or a sculpture, that an artist has made of themselves. Every artist is different, so every self-portrait is different too. A self-portrait can look like the artist who made it, or a self-portrait can look more abstract.”
